LITTLE BIRD IS RESTING

Last week here Little Bird was on his way to the airport.
He had been singing all Spring and Summer and his concerts were a sell-out all over the world.

It's not surprising that Little Bird was tired.

Happily he has had a week's rest, holidaying at his dear friend's house by the sea.

Here she is, bringing him a cool drink.

You may have noticed that Little Bird has lost his pale tired look and has got his colour back.

He says thank-you for your good wishes last week.

Oh, little bird does look happier and more colorful. What a nice location to holiday! Love the sweet flowers and your Sheila-style tree. And the sweet birdies in the sky are fabulous too. I'll take one of those cool drinks if little bird's friend doesn't mind.

love the beautiful story book colors here Sheila !! am so happy to see your happy birds....somehow I always get so disturbed with the Angry Birds concept and visuals....with violence and intolerance everywhere I hope people will spare nature and birds in its natural uncomplicated state :) this layout has so much of positivity !!

such a lovely scene
it is inviting
i adore the pink sand, the little drink umbrella
and
the dreamy quality of the sand
leads into the dreamy quality of the water
which leads into that wonderfully unique and magical sky
such a charming painting Sheila

You really need to consider publishing a illustrated story book about the birds adventures. This is a great beach, not like the cold
ones I am walking . I would really like to visit one with pink sand and such fun trees

That sweet chick is perking him up for sure. His color is of the "high color" variety and all that excitement is doing him good. xox

I can tell he likes he visit because he is smiling soooo happily. I wonder if he knows the little chick or if she is just someone serving drinks at the beach?

Oh Sheila, this is delightful! Little Bird looks so comfortable sitting in the shade of his exotic plant, and being fed cooling drinks by his dear friend. There is nothing so pleasant as a lovely holiday on an exotic sandy beach, with a sight of distant islands across a azure sea! You have capture the feeling of a remote location beautifully, and I love the three very colourful birds flying overhead. Hugs!

It only gets better round here, little bird is adorable! So great to see him happy and relaxing on holiday! I must show Lulu these pictures, I'm sure she will love them, you really could be a wonderful illustrator for children's books, in fact you could make your own little illustrated story on little bird. I'm sure this would be a big hit!
