DEEP IN THE FOREST

It is evening and all is quiet, deep in the forest.

But is it?

Look closer.

Two of Orange Esmeralda's friends are having an evening stroll.

I have chosen the theme, "Deep in the Forest", for "Art Journal Journey" this month and am very much looking forward to visiting and admiring the artwork from Art Journal Journey's wonderful and creative artists.

I'm also linking to
"Try it on Tuesday" where the theme is "Animals"
and to
"Paint Party Friday" where we share what we have made this week.

  9. Wow! I love how incredibly beautiful your forest is! It has a magical glow that only a Sheila forest can have! Strolling and "soaring" can be a quiet adventure as well. Peaceful. I can't get enough of looking at this piece! Even the trees have their own glow and shine in such a beautiful setting. What a beautiful poster this would make.

  48. Thank you so much, dear Sheila, for leaving such a sweet comment on my blog for "Deep Forest".
I must say that I have been deeply inspired by your piece of art. I envy artists who can deal with colour AND know how to paint or draw... This is something I still have to learn. I love your forest as it is portrays just what I wanted to express myself: mystery, hidden secrets, adventure. Thank you so much for your inspiration!
