NEW PAINTED CARDS

We often need cards, for birthdays, anniversaries, thank-you letters and chatty letters, so it was time to paint more.

These were made with oil pastels, Procion dyes, a little paper collage and shiny foils.   Each painting has a hand-cut card frame with a fold on the left to make the card.

A little square flower,

four innocent little flowers,

a tree on a dark night,

and a casual flower, just hanging around.

  2. These are all wonderfully unique original artwork cards! I would hate to have to choose a favorite. BUT it would have to be the four innocent flowers followed closely by the tree. :-)

  10. I love 'the casual flower, just hanging around' the most! What I especially like about it is the way the background comes in two parts, separated by the browny grass like thing. Also how the heart of the flower echoes the purple from both backgrounds.
    Second favourite :
The night-time tree with its rich frieze below it.
    All lovely cards!
