SEA LIFE BY THE SEA SHORE

The theme at "Take a Word" this week is "Sea".

Several year ago I did some black pen drawings based on images from Collins Pocket Guide to the Seashore.
There were some amazing pictures of sea creatures with really cute faces and bodies and there was a huge variety of designs, colours and patterns.

These are Schizoperella unicornis.  I like to think they are dancing ghosts.

Here we have a part of Nephtys caeca, they are going "Wheeeeee!".

This painting below was made from drawings of the families Cirratulidae and Spionidae

and with the help of photo-editing they made this lovely design.

  2. You really are addicted to creating these abstract beauties. LOL And so good at it too! All those individual lovelies came together ever so nicely. Love that eye catching green, but all the colors together are quite striking and command some attention.
